The apartment was very clean. It was quiet. The apartment was spacious. The bed was comfy. You can have your room cleaned every day if you want.
It was all not in the best condition. The living room couch had a torn seat cushion. The bathtub drain stopper was broken. The shower head holder was poorly positioned. The toilet flush was broken. As I reported some of those issues they have been fixed, but poorly causing other problems. Oh and there were no insect screens at the windows, so I had mosquitos. Luckily the ceiling fan kept them away at night. The furniture was rather old. The apartment only gets little sunlight.

The location is perfect, especially if you're going to a concert nearby, walking distance to the Felix Sanchez Estadio, very clean, and nice staff. You scan to get in and out, which is great. Grocery store is almost right across the street with a nice restaurant next door. I have lived in the DR, so I feel comfortable there but this is a great place for someone coming in from out of the country because of how close everything is, and it is a safe area.

The room met expectations. I was there for a business matter and lived there for 11 yrs in Santo Domingo. So I knew the area pretty well.
They are building an apartment complex across from the place we stayed. Did not like the drilling in the morning, however I was not there all day. Also, a suggestion for the hotel. They should provide shampoo and conditioner mini bottles for all guests.

Spacious place, well equipped with full kitchen. Nearby supermarket (Amigo) is super convenient. Relative quiet environment despite nearby construction works. Well thought-thru security to avoid strangers entering the building, so good safety.

The room had a strong fragrance, like a room spray hidden somewhere, and it was too strong for me.

Eridania is one of the nicest front desk I have ever met. Sweet and very diligent. Nice and spacIous one bedroom apt. Great deal for the money..
Would have liked complete toiletries. Little bottle of body shampoo, hair shampoo and lotion.
