There was no breakfast and prepared food was a few blocks except on Sunday, then lunch is better. AC was cold, hot water was hot Fridge, sink and cooktop with accessories were included.
English was sparse. Elevators was slowest ever. Could live with both. Even better for a longer stay because of kitchen.

Very small windows, very poor Wi-Fi. I had to ask for towel, tee cup, lighter etc. It was provided but if I booked for 2 persons why the room equipment is provided only for 1 person?

The overall look and feel of the apartment hotel was very nice. The room was very clean, and it had hot water for showering.
I could not call the front desk because the telephone in the room didn't work. I had to actually go down stairs to ask for more towels. My reservation was for 3 adults, but their was only one set if towels in the room. And there was no shower curtain. The very old mini fridge that was provided, made a loud clanking noise intermittently and disrupted my sleep.

The staff did there job.
There were 2 Bug waterbugs when we checked in. One under the sink in the bathroom, and the other in the cabinets in the kitchen. The AC was ok, older model, it work but not like a ac really should of worked. Staff was ok but the hotel itself was kinda weird, Gloomy in a way. But thats my opinion.

It was very clean for a Dominican room
A/c did not work took forever to get approval to change rooms. Then tv, phone,and internet in new room did not work
