Let's start simple: the location is at the heart of the city and you can go easy anywhere you would like to go. There's a beautiful park across the entrance with a café and outdoor gym, there are always people there exercising and with the family. The neighborhood is super clean and safe.
The staff is amazing! All of them were very caring and helpful, every single one of them were going above and beyond, that kindness was unexpected but very welcomed. The front desk staff was very competent and professional, and the kitchen and cleaning staff were the sweetest people. I would come back just for the staff.
The rooms were very nice and comfortable. It looks like they need a bit of an update, though, but it's not a deal breaker.

the staff is good. i was there for 2 nights, breakfast was the same - yuca, eggs and a piece of meat
Sheets and towels are not clean. They definitely washed them, but there are still stains. the furniture is kinda old. it seems to be good in the photo, but there are stains somewhere, something is broken somewhere, there is a crack somewhere, etc.

The only thing I liked about this hotel is its location. The location is great. It's located in the heart of downtown. There's a great park in front of the hotel. Also, there are many fast food restaurants nearby, such as McDonald's, Taco Bell, KFC, etc.
The room is not worth the price charged. The bathroom is an absolute mess. There's no hot water and the toilet is broken. There's no shampoo or soap of any kind. There's no soundproofing at all. I constantly heard very loud sounds from the TV in the neighboring room, which was very annoying and prevented me from sleeping at night due to the noise. Sometimes, I even heard 18+ sounds from the neighboring room. I could get a way better hotel for this price.

Bathroom where the shower is has only medium door and the first night the room besides the kitchen was way too loud and sometimes the cleaning people were a bit noisy but besides that it was perfect
