Fantastic location can walk around and see everything really easy
The doors are paper thin so when people come out, you can hear everybody speaking. The air-conditioning makes a beeping sound, and you can hear every single beeping sound when people adjust their air condition.

1. The location. It's in the colonial area. It was perfect for me, one night stay to visit the area.
2. Has parking (for additional cost). It's a tight fit, but works.
3. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean.
4. The breakfast was ok as well.
Overall, I would recommend it, but with a caveat...
There is ZERO soundproofing. This would be understandable for a *cheap motel*, but this is not that. On the contrary.
I get the windows cannot be changed, but the room doors?
At 3 AM, some party people arrived, laughing and yelling, and it was like the door was wide open.
Then again, at 5 am, i could hear someone wat hing the news on their phone.
I could understand every single word.
I got up, thinking it's someone in the hallway, but to my surprise, it was the guest across the hall, in their room.
That's how bad the sound proofing is. Might as well everyone sleep with their doors open, would be similar soundproofing.

The staff at the rooftop terrace Sky Europa were amazing!
The noise from rooftop terrace above our 3rd floor room was annoying when we were trying to sleep. Could hear chairs scraping and doors banging shut

big bathroom. Hangers and coffee were provided. Make sure to say request if you want window or not. It’s a busy street with lots of cars. There’s food and souvenir shops all around
Walls are thin in the new wing so a bit noisy. Requesting a quiet room means no window since the road is noisy. Could have been cleaner but all in all ok

The staff was super. I’d lost my bag on a flight from Turks & Caicos. The concierge made sure I got my bag asap. Spoke to airline everything.

The front desk staff and staff at Sky Europa Cafe were very friendly, efficient, and helpful.
I could never get hot water in the shower and my 2nd floor room faced a ground floor bar across the street which was very popular given the noise late into both nights.

Breakfast and front desk staff.
Housekeeping would neglect leaving FACE CLOTHS. (I don't know if that was cultural) I always had to call the front desk for FACE CLOTHS.
