Disappointing
I have been staying at your property for the past four years, and I am disappointed to say that I have not seen any meaningful improvement in the condition of the rooms or overall guest experience.
During my most recent stay, I encountered several issues that made my visit uncomfortable:
The room was not properly equipped for a resort-style stay. I specifically requested basic kitchen items, yet there were no essential tools available. I had to repeatedly call the front desk just to receive extra pots, and there was not even a cutting knife provided.
I was assigned a first-floor room next to the pool area, where the music was excessively loud. I had to contact the front desk to ask that the DJ lower the volume.
The shower malfunctioned while I was using it, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable.
The lighting in the main room was inadequate, and I had to request that light bulbs be replaced.
These issues reflect a lack of attention to basic maintenance and guest comfort. As a returning guest, I expected a much higher standard and noticeable improvements over the years.
I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving both room quality and overall service.
Despite my concerns about how the rooms are maintained, I must highlight that the front desk staff and security team are very nice and humble. They truly go out of their way to assist and make guests feel comfortable. This level of customer service is the best part of my experience and something I genuinely appreciate.

The TV was horrible I couldn't get a picture on any channel the maid came and cleaned my room and didn't change the sheets and took all the towels and didn't replace them I had to go ask for towels

The pool was ok
The place was outdated. They only have air in the room. They hardly don’t have utensils to cook. If you want to bring any visitors they have to pay to go in the pool $13 apiece. That’s for kids adults are more. I won’t stay there again was a bad experience, it’s not worth the money. They have to do a lot of upgrading the manager. He has an attitude problem. They don’t work with you. They have a Jacuzzi that don’t work. They have a ping-pong table that don’t work. They have a pool table you have to pay for it I do not recommend it to nobody.

No internet in the rooms and staff can’t help they tell you to stay by the pool if you need Internet. The bathroom was leaking water and filled up the whole apartment with water during the whole stay. They didn’t do shit!

When I got there I was put on the top floor with a baby no elevator and the room was hot only one AC which in the bedroom. I complained about it and I was move to another room which was no different than the first where only the bedroom had a decent AC and the location was in the back of the hotel felt like walking one mile away from the main hotel. The comfort was awful and the service was very poor. The commucation was very very poor. The internet did not reach in any of the rooms, if you needed to make a phone call you have to go toward the pool area or by the reception area. Mind you I am with a 16month old baby. It was horrible very very horrible the expectation I was expecting did not meet up, and I travel a lot to DR which is like a home to me, I've been through so many hotels and I have gone to this hotel before and this time it sucked. They need to clean up and I would not recommend this place to someone especially with children under 1years of age. I have my business in DR
Everything was awful. I Would not recommend it to no one and I am a business woman. I have my business in DR and my clients are always asking me where is the best place to stay.
