I liked the staff, very friendly and helpful. Both receptionists could speak English which is good. Love the location, it was 7 mins from Downtown Punta Cana.
I didnt like the Wifi :( it couldnt connect from the room. I had to go in the lobby to use it. Breakfast was okay but i didnt like that they prepared same thing everyday :(

Pool area and bar was grear.
Room wasn't what I expected. Shower/Bathroom was leaking all the time. Wet towels left for us to use and when I asked for them to be changed that was an issue with reception which was unacceptable!

It's a quiet place to stay before continuing my travel back home. The pool is great. The snack bar staff is always in a good mood even though he was attending people all day alone. The maintenance staff was supportive when we had some issues with the air conditioning. Is my second visit to this hotel, but the experience before was greater. This second visit not quite so well, but is fine to stay for one night.
I booked a two double bed room specifically and when I got there they offered me a king size bed, I refused to stay in that bedroom so they offered me a double bed room in the third floor, when we got there the room was very hot because the air conditioning wasn't on before we got there. It was an inferno even though the air conditioning was functioning so we call maintenance they checked it but they said we had to wait because the room was spacious and took time to refresh. The summer is very hot in DR, and we couldn't got to sleep well because of that.

The room were clean and the staffs were very nice
There are no elevator and we were hyper tired and where all the way up. The room were still hot even with the AC on and the toilet didnt flush that good.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel was absolutely terrifying, our light, stove, nor toilet worked and the staff was not accommodating at all. They refused to give us another room and the maintenance man was very unprofessional and asked for me to take a walk with him. At night!!!! The food was horrible and old and when we asked for a refund we were denied. We did not stay we left the hotel after 2 hours of being there and were held hostage until we paid for the old food. We only wanted to stay for a night until we checked into our resort and got a terrifying horrible experience. Do not stay here.

Wonderful
Beautiful pool and clean facilities. Very safe. Rooms are big and spacious. Alot of options for breakfast.
No elevator. Nobody offered to carry our luggage to the room. I could hear the cars from the highway close by while sleeping.
