I cant write a complete evaluation because we went transferred to the Whala Urban. This hotel is more cheaper and it is not all inclusive. It has a parking lot but I had to pay for our food. Whala Urban is a nice hotel and there is a great service.
There is not parking lot for vehicles in Whala Bavaro and I selected these hotel because I read Free Parking in the amenities. There was not available room for overbooking. And another customer was making a big complaint about her room when we arrived.

No small fridge to cool drinks only one water hidden in the bathroom for 2 guests

The TV was impossible to figure out without a tech to show us !
I ordered an upgrade to rm w/ view and the order was put into the previous day which I showed the desk at the time I was registering but since the money wasnt taken I was not offered the opportunity to switch rooms.

Horrible stay! The hotel needs maintenance.
They ask a 10$ deposit for each towel, in cash. The staff is not polite. Not a smile. The beach was soooo dirty, full of sargazo

Hotel has many pools that you can enjoy! Including a rooftop pool.
Cleanliness and upkeep of hotel is poor. The hotel is very nice but unfortunately has not been maintained and pictures that were posted on the booking site are outdated.
