The staff service is the best of this hotel. The food is great!
The rooms, furniture, and decor are old and need updating. The main pools and spa pool have moldy grout and need more maintenance.

Having all access to the other Palladium resorts, staff is wonderful and very helpful with everything, the grounds are kept beautiful and clean. Lots of beach. Drinks are delicious, restaurants at night are great!
Buffets not real good, lots of choices but tasteless. Room did not cool down very fast, But overall I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone.

Great beach, great pools, convenient to rooms, plenty of seating at beach. Some of the restaurants were great, others were good.

This a fraud I couldnt stay when my reservation was paid in fulll and they charge me more than usual for stay one night and the supervisor was not professional and didnt give me option to feel comfortable I lost a lots of money charge for one room

Beautiful location on Bavaro beach A few staff members were nice/accommodating. Shoutout to employee (botones), the lady in building at El Capricho, and hotel employees made the activities a blast. Housekeeping was awesom
Food was average. Lots of different cuisine options for dinner. Lunch became repetitive. Overall quality of food, especially the chicken and meat, was disappointing. Our room, while cleaned fantastic every day, had some issues with hot water a few times.

I been couple time in Dominican Republic, but never been in a adults only. This hotel broke my expectations, the staff, the room and the service was great. They had a great service and the food was really good.

The property was nice and the staff was really friendly
I submitted a form with my liquor choices and they werent in the room. I ordered through the butler and they never came. I followed up my second night and the butler told me they cant give me any because I leave in the morning. I also ordered room service that never came.

Swim up suites are amazing!
The European guests were not friendly with darker skin guests. I saw several instances of racially charged interactions. Beware. Hotel staff and management were excellent though.

The facility expanse and beyond our expectation, lush and green and huge compound! There was so much greenery and v. pleasing to the eyes -manicured v.well kept. Helios for breakfast had amazing sea views and live music everyday. It was like paradise. The sea colors were beyond words! Loved the staff, very courteous and helpful, the beach was great and seaweed kept being cleaned out. Dinner restaurants were very elegant and food was great except for the Indian restaurant, it was average. Our Butler Estarlyn was great and LisaMarie, Angela and Ignacio were awesome. Food variety and choices were mind boggling. We could only eat seafood or veg due to religious reasons and non alcoholic drinks. The staff always made us fancy non alcoholic drinks :) There was a great variety. Desserts were one of kind and amazing! Entertainment was good. Always something happening on the grounds. There was always a trolley available to take us to places and restaurants. Absolutely loved TRS Turquesa.

Good wifi, lots of space at the beach. You can take a nice walk down the beach as the TRS Turquesa is part of a big hotel complex.
The service did not correspond to a 5 star hotel, specially at the restaurants. We asked for an infusion and they said they didnt have hot water. We insisted and after 30min we left. No one brought the infusion. We were there for 4 days, on 2 days there was no cold water and we couldnt shower with hot boiling water. We had to call to get it fixed so we could shower. The battery of the door lock died and we waited for 30min and had to ask a couple of times if anyone was coming anytime soon.
