The property was beautiful, and I really enjoyed the amenities! Rodney was our butler, and he was very attentive and friendly!
I wish the were more activities and parties at the TRS pool. I understand the importance of relaxation, but in there was plenty of opportunities for fun by the pool at least in the afternoon.

I loved the adults only. My butler Noris was amazing! She was very attentive, kind and hospitable. She really made the experience over the top enjoyable.

We enjoyed everything expect the people smoking in the pool and the temperature in the room could not be adjusted correctly.

I’ve stayed at TRS 5x since 12/2022 and this is the first time that I wasn’t pleased with the butler service. I had to reach out to the butler of my previous visits, Vic Sosa, to satisfy our needs of restocking our mini bar & providing fresh wash cloths.
I love the resort, going forward I’m only requesting Vic Sosa as our butler. His attention to detail and efficient responses has made our experiences at TRS memorable.

The room was really nice and our butler was very helpful. Our room was always kept extremely clean and most of the workers were nice. They had a lot of food and drink options.
The people in the lobby asking you to go to breakfast with them to try and sell you something are very pushy… I don’t want to be sold stuff on my honeymoon and they didn’t like hearing no. While there was a lot of food options, the food wasn’t that great and the menus seemed kind of limited. They really didn’t have a lot of activities and the night life was basically non existent.
