The rooms, pool, beach and all other areas are clean and well maintained. There is coffe shop with good coffe open during the day and and an icecream shop. Staff was attentive and polite for the most part.
This is the first all inclusive resort i visit where the Food was not good. Limited selection, poor quality specially the meat (all) at the buffet and restaurants a la carta. Service was very poor in the buffet and very disorganized. Drinks are a hit or miss. Entertainment activities at night are really bad if there is any.

Besides the wifi that I had to pay for, every other thing went well.
Paid Wifi.. They also need to diversify their food varieties.. Try to include some African dishes.

Everything, Rooms are not well cleaned, pillows smell horrible, pools are dirty and beach is worse full of seaweed completely inaccessible, front desk at Hotel only made up excuses, food tasted like nothing, juices were not made from natural fruit

The property was amazing, rooms had a good size. The staff was always friendly. Pool and beach was awesome the kids had so much fun 100%family friendly..
Buffet was good had something for everyone!
My family definitely would stay there again.
Only complain I wish the room had a child lock.

Room setup and facilities were very nice.
The main buffet restaurant staff were very rude and no professional. Sometimes we have to wait 5-10 minutes to get a cup of coffee, while they were there and talking to each other.

I liked everything it was even better then the first time we came to this resort which in my personal experience doesn't happen often as a matter of fact I don't recall that ever happening with other resorts, we will be coming back next year with friends
Nothings the resort and staff exceeded our expectations which honestly has only happened at this resort.
