The pool needs to have staff because some was taking a poop in it and we recorded them that’s disgusting they should be fined the hotel should checked the cameras

The staff was the nicest I’ve ever had while staying in the Dominican Republic. Super accommodating. There was plenty of space for our group. It was a short walk down to the beach. Completely worth the price. If we go back to Punta Cana, we will stay here again. It’s a great value.
It looks a little outdated and needs to be repainted on the outside. But for the price and how great the staff was, we really can’t complain.

There wasn’t anything there that I liked. Everything was so bad that I returned the place just 20 minutes after arriving and left.
The apartment was big, but unbearably old. The bed was covered in dust, and I don’t even want to talk about the cleanliness of the bathroom or the smell of the entire building. There was a rotten, corpse-like smell coming from beneath my balcony, the water was disgusting, and there was no sign of human habitation. It was simply terrible

Everything other than it not being an all inclusive.
Perfect place, however it is my first time in Punta Cana, and the place is full of all inclusives. So there is nothing nearby, no groceries, no resturants, just the beach. Otherwise though, amazing place to stay!!!!!

The manager was kind and helpful.
My first room had an of cockroaches and ants. I killed 2 roaches my first night and 7 the second before asking to switch rooms. They tried to put me in a room that just got fumigated and had the strongest smell of roach spray. I didnt accept that room and finally got set up in a third room that was without critters. After switching rooms, the lock on my door didn’t work properly and i had to climb out the window in order to get out my room. I’ve never had such a poor experience with a hotel before.

Great location and value. Perfect for a night away from the hectic and noisy parts of punta cana. Not a resort.
Not a lot of amenities. If you are looking for a quiet and simple place to stay this is great. But if you want a lot of amenities it isn’t the right place.

AC was dirty, TV didn't allow for me to use my streaming services so I was limited to all Spanish speaking programming
