Tortuga Bay is a wonderful upscale boutique resort with a fantastic on-beach location, great food, and phenomenal staff. The property is very quiet, easy to get around, and full of top notch amenities and service.

close to airport. privacy. clean. well maintained.
slow service. many kinks. rip off in general. when they take your 3000 $ deposit for incidentals you will never get back the difference if you spent less in resort. they are kind to you but nothing gets resolved, kindness is a distraction to rob you. total scam

The services from the staffs were friendly but not always reliable. But Im very happy and glad to celebrate my birthday day at the resort.

Everything. Especially our villa manager who took care of every single need we had.
AC wasn't cold enough even though we tried to get it as cold as possible.
They charged us for the almond milk we needed for our coffee.

Wonderful
Facilities, amenities and rooms are great. The hotel is espectacular and the food is really good compared to other areas in Punta Cana.
Your one golf car to go around is a winner!
The hotel is close to a natural reserve with beautiful lagoons.
The beach is not very nice. Although the beach service is great, the sea is not wao and during our stay there was a lot of Bagazo (algas).
Other hotels have better sea for swimming and enjoy.

The perfect weekend get away for my family and myself to get away from the hectic city and celebrate my birthday. I am beyond blown away. We have done it all; ridden bikes, beach, pool, ecological reservation park which is absolutely beautiful, and just relax. The staff is beyond hands down the best staff. Ciara is a dream! She has made sure my family and myself has had everything we have asked for to make our stay more enjoyable and stress free. She is so attentive, so sweet, and so thoughtful. Came back from dinner and found a birthday surprise which was just beautiful! Thank you so much, Ciara and Carlos for taking care of us!
