The property is beautiful and very secluded and relaxing.
I love the seclusion of the property and the calmness of the property. The staff is wonderful and the VIP service is a wonderful. The gym could be updated a teeny bit. But otherwise everything is great. The dinner menu at Bamboo is a little bit limited, but the food is excellent as well.

Room was great (beach villa), really big and kept nice & clean. The beach is lovely and relaxing (seaweed and rocks when entering the sea were the only things I didn't like). Dinner at Bamboo restaurant was fantastic, staff friendly and warm. Golf caddy and bicycles to get around the resort work really well. Thank you
Wi-fi does cut out sometimes. Seaweed and rocky entry to sea weren't great. There are better beaches elsewhere (Maldives etc)

Superb service beyond compare.Beautiful location , room and facility. We are planning to return. Service made it exceptional. Location and rooms , somedays we sat on veranda looking at water and didn’t leave the room.

As someone who travels often, I usually don’t take the time to write reviews about my stays, but I couldn’t resist sharing our experience at Tortuga Bay. The staff was incredibly friendly, and every facility truly surpassed our expectations.

The villas are beautiful and extremely clean. The beach is unbelievable, staff is very nice. They took care of us very well. The reception and the restaurant is designed by Oscar de la Renta; so beautiful.

Everyone in the team made our stay one of the best vacations ever.
I'd say service and staff was the best ever.
Pool was disappointing.......club pool was ok, but not practical to go to club pool every day
