Only the cofe bar is good, and the food and service in the japan restaurant is well
First of all a very bad experience and a bad start, the rooms are full of mold and smell too damp, the room smelled of fresh paint, and there was paint residue dripping everywhere, very dirty and nasty pool for so many people in one place, the staff in the whole resort are very very rude and they behave unprofessionally, the staff who speak English can be counted on the fingers, with the rest you cannot establish communication at all, the food is horrible and not different at all every day is the same, the bar is very small both at the reception and on the beach, you don't have any service, you have to go and get a drink by yourself, while waiting in a long line for at least 20 minutes.

Great resort! The staff is lovely! Bartenders are trying to accommodate any cocktail request you might have ! Very clean rooms.
The pool might get dirty in the evening. The booking system for the restaurants is not very well thought out. We were staying for 4 nights, and for the first 3 nights, there were no spaces on any restaurant. So we could book a restaurant only once. At checkout, we were requested to go back in the room to bring the beach towels, which means a 15-minute each way, walk in the heatwave. If you are not a premium member, you don't have access to all polls, so take care of that !

the rooms were small and our dated the AC did not work in my room Well it would get very hot . the food was not good and it was very hard making reservations for the resteraunts that were all inclusive

The cleanest, the facility and the food was excellent
Starting at the front desk they are not much nice or smiling with the customer. Just like they are forced to do the job... some are very nice specially they lady concierge at night. Who helped me switch my room the first night because to close to the show place and noisily. My wife and I couldn't sleep that night but thanks the lady concierge was comprehensive after the desk rejected me and my request.
