The staff for the most part made the trip.
The food was not good at all. I got sick twice. Plus for the price the F&B program isn’t up to other resorts at that price point.

Our room was a pool of water every morning were we in. they came in to fix AC multiple times but in vain. The room was too cold and humid all the time. Even with all doors closed while we sleep at night the room floors were like pools. we slipped multiple times raising safety concerns.

Superb property and truly outstanding
The dinner meals were good, but not excellent. Breakfast and lunch meals were fantastic. All other aspects of the facility the people and the accommodations were absolutely wonderful.

The food were small portions, breakfast was terrible, the air conditioner blew down in your face all night long. One restaurant was good food , but small portions, it was Italian. There are to many rules at lunch ,just to eat outside for a bathing suit top.why can women not go to the bar are with the top showing. The flies were all over the food at the restaurant near the check in area. We will never go back

The hotel is amazing. Secrets is known for it's Quality but this hotel exceeds it! The buffet has everyrhing You would like, it has manu activitoes so You can learn new abilities and every day is somenthing new.

The facility is very nice and the staff is awesome. Servers on the beach (Anyelina and Vanessa) are awesome. They took great care of us.
The Italian restaurant wasn't our favorite. The buffet doesn't serve dinner. It would've been nice to have a pizza spot at the facility. Television didn't offer enough american channels. The refrigerator in the room was not cold enough. The upgrade price for an "ocean view" room is a bit expensive considering how far you are from the water.

Amazing stay as always! The staff is marvelous and super fun! Lots of entertainment around the beach and the pool areas. Excellent drink selection and food. The steamed grouper from the buffet is top-notch! ?? Been here four times and definitely coming back!
