The Breakfast was amazing the staff was super cool and sweet.
The first room we went to did not have A/C working - an electrician came, but it did not feel like a major change. The next day we were moved but there was an issue with ants in some corners of the room.

We had such a great stay at Sanctuary Cap Cana Punta Cana. The food was amazing and there were lots of options. The customer service was exemplary. Oscar was an amazing waiter whom displayed magnificent customer service, was attentive, had a positive attitude and was extremely friendly. We truly enjoyed his customer service. Ventura was an amazing waiter whom made our dinner experiences memorable and special. He had an incredible personality and positive attitude. Felix was another excellent waiter who was extremely helpful, kind and displayed immaculate customer service. He was so professional and knowledgeable. All of these individuals made our stay at Sanctuary a five star experience. The customer service is amazing and I would highly recommend this resort!

I loved the facilities and the hotel staff; they really give you a special (VIP) treatment. Jeremia was our butler, and he was very kind, friendly and always willing to help. Give this man a rise!
The variety of the buffet. The food was good, but it was always the same, just a few differences. I guess it's because the original restaurant for the buffet was not available and they used the space of an a la carte restaurant and you had the option to order from the menu.

The area is great! Ceasar was super helpful and organised which made our life super easy. The apartment looked like the photos and was super confortable
We did not realised it was a shared house, but that's on us for no checking the description properly, yet because we were almost the only one during out stay it was really good

Been here several times and we like the location and the over all experience service is still great. Our butler, Carlos and maid, Nancy were wonderful

This is a nice, small, boutique luxury resort. Staff were amazing. Food was excellent. The castle rooftop bar and infinity pool were our favourite
There was seaweed. There was so much seaweed that the beach was not accessible. The resort was using large excavators to try remove it. It smelled terrible. There was no warning or communication ahead of time that this would be there and no effort made to shuttle guests to another beach. We would go back again if the seaweed wasnt there. If the seaweed problem isnt fixed, dont waste your money here.

Nice architecture and design
plumbing issues, as I had to call their reception so many times to get the bathroom to work but their staff is amazing, very neat and smart and will attend to your needs. Omar the waiting staff was phenomenal and the manager Emmanuel Mendez was amazing and very helpful.
