It was beautiful but the beach situation was not clear. We didnt know if we were allowed to be there or not.
Entertainment for adults was very limited. After the 9pm show theres nothing to do besides going to the sports bar, which is very crowded (and with kids) so we had no option than sitting outside or going to our rooms.

The location was good enough for me. It was not too far and easily accessible. The quality of the breakfast (overall) was subpar. Wish there was more "quality" dishes. I just found it not being tasty tasty.
The furniture in the room was very disappointing. The dresser drawers did not close properly and they were filled with scratches. The little refrigerator did not close entirely neither. This make the drinks not as cold as they could be.

The pool area is nice and the room clean.
The food was awful. I cant believe even in the restaurants were bad. I was with a group of more than 20 people and everyone was sick is incredible how bad it was. I wouldnt recommend this Hotel never. I wont go back.

Checked in process was horrible. It took 2 hours to get my room. The butler was non-existent. Staff looked confused and unprofessional.

Food was beyond the expectations.
I think the service in general is really good, but I would have liked the waitresses in the buffet to be a little more attentive to the people who are eating especially with the drinks.

Disappointing
Grounds were lovely. Beach just steps away. Pool scene pretty and lively. Staff nice and accommodating.
Food was at best mediocre. Buffet was not bad. Specialty restaurants were below par. Did not have one memorable meal in 5 days. Shower in our room leaked all over the floor when in use. Room spacious and bed comfortable but building one definitely needs refurbishing. House cleaning was outstanding. We booked a deep sea fishing trip for a pretty penny that turned out to be incredibly primitive and a harrowing boat ride on choppy water and no fish! We cut the trip short. No fans in restaurants.

The only good things were the beach and the on-site photographers.
The rooms were mediocre and not very clean (stained towels/bedding). The food was not the best, and we found a mealworm in our food the first night. Much of the staff, particularly men, like to treat women as if they need to earn their assistance. If I asked for a towel for the pool, I dont need to beg for it. Also, all-inclusive is NOT all inclusive. You dont get top shelf anything and they have the audacity to charge for one of the restaurants. They charge more than many of the hotels on the island and it is NOT worth it.

Everything was top notch, excellent food, the shows bars coffee shop is a very good resort . The receptionist all 3 girls where very welcoming and attentive
The only thing Im disappointed is that my room was given around 4:00 pm and we couldnt enjoy the facility and get to use the drinks at the bar since we didnt have our bracelets to use the all inclusive. We we t to the water park and it was closing they didnt let us in. And o e of the pools it was closed too. Overall everything else was exceptional. Great resort. For the next they should hand out the bracelets so you can use the facilities until the room is ready. I spend almost $500 for one night and I couldnt enjoyed the hotel

Friendly staff and facility was very clean. Lots of activities throughout the day for all ages. Beach was very clean and much better than resorts down the beach. Burger hut for lunch had great burgers and sports bar had great wings.
Lots of open air concepts which means not much a/c, so makes it a little difficult when u want to cool down or want a nice cool place to eat. A few air-conditioned spots but not many. Food was just sub-par and almost everyone in our group of 15 was sick with stomach issues.
