Absolutely best spring break all inclusive resort to stay at in Punta Cana. I did a review of the BEST PART which is its the closest of the RIU properties to the RIU party zone which is amazing, free to guests and has free drinks too! Gr8 beach YouTube

Limited hotwater in my bathroom shower. Towels rough and worn. No bath clothes. Safe did not work. No shampoo.

Location and available amenities
Buffet needs variety and not enough table service only one at steak house but even that the food was bland. Not happy with recycled plastic cups and the white porcelain plates not completely clean.

Water park included with the hotel was best experience they had.
Staff was unfriendly, never willing to help address any concerns. Spoke to a supervisor regarding their restaurant unwilling to sit my party even tho they had open tables supervisor was no help and called me a liar. Worst experience, dirty pool, horrible.

The environment and entertainment only.
No knowledgeable of full itinerary of my trip. Sadly they tried to charge form an additional rooms. The wait time took over a hour to get thing corrected. "Unprofessional Customer Service" Rooms Subpar dirt, ants and "BED"bugs bites. Sheets soiled. More!
