Very clean rooms and facilities were excellent! Lots of room for alot of guests, no over crowded pools, plenty of lingers both by pools and on the beach!

From the moment we arrived, this resort felt like stepping into a dream. The location is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by stunning scenery that instantly melts stress away. Every corner of the property is thoughtfully designed, blending luxury with nature in a way that feels both elegant and welcoming.
The staff truly make this place exceptional. Warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, they go above and beyond to ensure every detail of your stay is perfect. You never feel like just a guest here, you feel valued.
The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with views that are nothing short of spectacular. Waking up to such peaceful surroundings was one of the highlights of our stay.
Dining was another standout experience. We were attended by Manuel and Jose. The variety and quality of food were outstanding, offering fresh ingredients, creative menus, and flavors that satisfied every craving. Each meal felt like a special occasion.
Activities and amenities were perfectly balanced between relaxation and adventure.
This is not just a resort… Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury, tranquility, and an unforgettable getaway.

Wait staff was amazing. Restaurants were very good. The hydratherapy session included with our stay at Zel was amazing and would absolutely pay for that service. Room was gorgeous and the beachs and pools amazing!!
We went with friends who are Dominican and they were able to speak the language and they received many upgrades. My husband and I however, did not get any. As soon as our friends checked out, we were definitely treated differently. Our only special request was for a late check out since our flight didn't leave till 7:30 pm. We were not given that. Our friends who came with us got an early check in while we had to wait. They got a free upgraded room which we were not even offered even to pay for it. They also received a late check out which we were denied. The service definitely went down once our Dominican friends left us. That was disappointing.

Pretty clean, friendly staff. Right on the beach.
2 of the 4 nights we were there the food was not good at all. The Dominican and Italian restaurants were like a 7 out of 10. Buffett was a 4 or 5.
The good wine you could purchase was 3.5x what you could buy it for 5 min away in a store. Pretty abusive.

The property itself was beautiful The beach access was superb. The food was excellent. The staff was attentive and helpful. Pool experience was so much with the staff getting everyone involved in the activities.

The size of the room was good (paid for the suite of 75 sq meters), design was puristic, nice.
Booking.com offered an upgrade on the room to one with jacuzzi- which we never received. The all inclusive offered in this hotel is quite a farse: you want nice chairs in the beach, you have to pay 180 dollars - what? in an all inclusive? You better get ready for bad food, even in the restaurants, the typical mass oriented buffet- but wasn't this a 5 stars? The nice restaurants were for circle only members or adults only area (which was not clear in the booking.com page)Our friends stayed at the adults only which had a concierge which never managed anything. Get ready to wait 2 days for the concierge to pick up your golf bag, our friend left it in the cloark room and it got lost for a day. At arrival you think you just reached the most crowded and horrible train station- full of luggages (no aesthetic value for a welcoming area) Room service was horrorific- 2 hours for 2 cups of tea which at the end arrived without the ordered milk- sorry,was that such a difficult order? Going golfing early? not even a cup of coffee available- there is a 24 hours coffee shop (theorically) but it is closed, abandeoned!This is one of the places where you feel you are being constantly fooled! the smallest and simplest requests falls into a chain of yes, i will tell my manager kind of thing and nothing happens.!!!!!

The food and restaurants were very good.
We had a very bad experience. Our booking reservation was clear of an ocean front king size bed room.
We arrive at the reception on the 6 of December, we find Robenson in the front desk who looks so sad and unhappy.
After 10 to 15 min checking the already paid reservation, he started to ask why the card on the reservation and the card I have do not match in numbers. after a long explanation that the card on the reservation is a virtual card generated by the internet banking and showing him all the evidence for around 30 to 45 min he accepted, He offered us an ocean front room in the adultes only area for 500 USD and when we accept, he said sorry it's not available.
Then started the real problem after around one hour standing in the front desk. That there is no King size bed available and that the hotel offers the king size bed depend on the availability while in my reservation in booking it was clear that the room is King size bed. I was so mad but i didn't have another choice than accept the situation and sadly stayed in a doble bed with my wife after they promise to change our room on Monday. We had to give up 2 nights from our 6 nights.
On Monday we were able to change the room by 7 pm but the system was down so they said that they couldn't program the key for the new room, so the solution for that night was to send someone to open the room for us.
On the next day I reached to the front desk again, but they said that they still have the same problem and every time I'm out of the room I have to come to the front desk to ask for someone to open the room for me. Again, I had to talk with the supervisor of the front desk Daniela to explain that I can't lose more time of my vacation coming 5 or 6 times to the front desk to open my room and I need a solution. But she couldn't do anything than giving me her WhatsApp number to send someone instead of me going to the front desk.
Finally, they were able to give me a key by Tuesday night.

Beautiful resort
Some of the staff was not friendly. Depending on what bar you visited, you were not allowed the same alcoholic beverages. Food was good for the most part, limited side dishes. Specialty restaurants required reservations and were usually booked.
