The staff was okay , could of been nicer. But overall hard workers who tried their best to answer my questions as best as they could. Also ALL the bartenders were Amazing !! They were my best part of the trip
The food was always cold. Also for Sunday there was no dinner buffet and all the restaurants had a hour wait plus there were so many weddings it was large groups of people sitting together which made the wait longer

Loved everything. They made our trip personalized. My husband enjoyed his birthday
I loved everything but if I could choose one thing it would be the toilets. Speaking for women with longer nails for vacation, the press down button on the toilet was a bit challenging.

Well kept, clean, staff was very friendly and good service. Overall 9 out of 10, we have a really nice time there.
Rooms needed updating, furniture were damage and the hot tube rusting just a bit outdated, room had a moldy smell.

Coupons provided to us did not apply because of too many exclusions. Willie at concierge gave us wrong information about the Hyatt presentation prize. Staff were not accommodating of requests. Staff gave wrong information about facilities/services. Food was bland.

I enjoyed de food . The Italian restaurant is everything everything was so good , the staff were so friendly. The staff , the club , the restaurant, the bars we enjoyed everything and honestly they really got good service
Honestly I liked everything about this resort dont walk to book this resort run I will definitely back . It was my birthday I really enjoyed the club at the breathless we had a really good time

The pools were great music the entertainment was also great
The bathroom wasnt cleaned and also the napkins that was used wasnt replaced,I had to called maintenance to fix the closet and the sliding door didnt work

The staff was extremely nice & accommodating! Most bathrooms were pleasantly cleaned and well stocked.
I paid for an Partial Ocean View & the original rooms view was horrible (looking out at an empty lot with no real view of the ocean at all). I settled to move to a poolside room (and should had been compensated for the difference)!!!

I loved the overall experience with the resort, everyone was exceptional and very nice. The food was great especially the steak house. Great resort
The only thing I didnt like was that there werent very much food options after 11, there was only a coffee shop open. Room service is over by 11 and that was the only thing I didnt like.

I liked the water park for my daughter.
Our room was dirty, there were 50+ mosquitos in our room when we arrived, dirty bathroom/shower and the food was almost inedible. Not to mention, my daughter caught hand, foot and mouth disease at this resort. Would not recommend.
