The little pool in front of your bedroom, you can walk to the beach, you dont need golf cart for moving around the facilities. The food is awesome and the staff is super nice. Specially Feliciano, Popeye & Victorino.

The property was very clean and welcoming with so many amenities. The staff was exceptional and the different restaurants had multiple selections for every age group and individual taste. The room with the ocean view was very nice and scenic. My husband and I watched the sunrise, which was an amazing sight. Hector was our concierge and he was extremely attentive to every requests. His assistance, professionalism and overall attitude was amazing!
The main lobby was somewhat distant from our room, but that was not a deal breaker with the overall experience we had.

The swim up pool and beach were great. Very calm and relaxing experience. The staff at the beach were very warm, courteous, and attentive to our needs. The food at the Italian restaurant was really good. The fitness center was great and it is open 24/7 which was really helpful.
On day 1 at check in the front desk staff said that per policy reservations cannot be made at the restaurants. When we went for dinner at 6:30pm to the mediterranean restaurant, and the wait time was one hour. Same for the italian restaurant. So we went to the international cusine place and got a table right away. We waited for over an hour after placing our food order, but the food never came. The staff kept saying the food was coming, but it never did, so we left. I raised this with the restaurant manager and the front desk staff. We were so exhausted and frustrated and lost our appetite. The next day at breakfast a staff member shows up and says that they will make dinner reservations for us, which they did for the rest of our stay. So magically now dinner reservations could be made. The only place where the food was good was the italian restaurant and the burger joint open till late. Every other place we ate at - mediterranean, japanese, mexican, barefoot grill, breakfast buffet, the food was mediocre / poor. Very disappointing experience.

The properties are unbelievable, the staff will go above and beyond for anything you might need, all you need is communication. My son is autistic and eats very limited items they worked with me every single day to ensure he had his safety food available throughout the day.
I loved everything about this property. The employees all go above and beyond. Best stay I have ever had.

Love all of the seating around the pools and on the beach!
We also enjoyed walking to Breathless the sister property for breakfast .nice variety.
The restaurants were a bit confusing. You really have to read the daily schedule to know what menus will be in what location

I liked the welcoming. They were very attentive. Everything was good, the staff, facilities.
Property was fine, What I did not like about the resort was the lack of variety of food. Everyday was the same for breakfast, lunch and an slight change in dinner, seafood was not seen, only at reserved restaurants. I was there for 4 days.
