Beautiful layout, interesting pool arrangements and lots of shade where you need it. Friendly staff, overall quiet enough in the night.
Food is too salty, not enough cook vegetable options.

We stayed in the preferred club side of the resort. The environment was excellent, staff was friendly. The facility itself is very new barely 2 years old. Of course you can’t beatPunta Cana for the beautiful beach and convenience of the location. It was our first all-inclusive stay.
We found the food a little repetitive. The resort was very full and it was hard to get a table at the nicer restaurants. We would recommend they have more local Dominican food available, which is very good, we did get off the resort one day and ate local and it was amazing. We had one bad experience which was $100 in cash was stolen from our hotel room. So when they tell you to lock everything in the safe, do take them seriously.

I love my room and staff were all wonderful.
That most of the activities was on the other side of the resort and not much was offered on the preferred side as a pertain to entertainment.

The room and the pools and the property overall
The food in most restaurants was at best average unfortunately. We had a couple of really good meals but overall it was disappointing. Also it seemed like the majority of the staff spoke little to no English which made communication frustrating
