the kids loved aqua nick and the kids club with a playground and activities
you go there for the nickelodeon character experience but they all pretty much require a reservation and they charge extra for those

Needs mayor up grades and maintenance the Italy place has water leaking inside near the windows

Old and run down. Water didnt get warm in my room, buffet had very few options, many facilities were under construction, air in room didnt get cold.

The water park, the theme, the rooms.
Rude Staff on the Lobby, i ask for early check in via booking and you garanty, but in the lobby they say only its not possible they can asure that. And didnt do anything. The caracther doesnt show often.

Customer service is terrible. Characters are VERY LIMITED. Only seen during paid events. Food is horrible. What 5 star resort has self-serve buffet? Only good food is at paid breakfast. All the restaurants are VERY SMALL AND BOOKED. Have to eat at buffet. Which is horrible.

I liked the water park (although the music was incredibly loud)
The interaction with the characters was nice, although we always felt rushed
1. It was incredibly dirty. Dinning room, pools and everything overall was not taken care properly. Disgusting dinning room.
2. Staff was incredibly rude all the time, we found only a couple of friendly people overall. Bad attitude, not willing to help or to bring anything to you.
3. All real interaction with characters is not included. You have to pay extra for everything.
4. The all inclusive is very misleading. I was denied a Corona basic beer, because I was supposed to pay extra for it.
5. Service is horrible, just a bad experience for everyone. This was general, not just a couple of random staff, but it seems is the culture of the service.
