Beautiful property !!
Food wasnt great unless you paid for the specialty restaurants . And most of staff didnt speak English . So sometimes it was hard to communicate.

The Water Park was Amazing! THe Steakehose way very nice Tooo.
There are lots of differences between Royalton Punta Cana and Royalton Splash, The services, the drinks, the food... All is too different. It should be almost the same

We experienced leaks from the shower above us. It was the noisiest room I ever had with doors slamming and people loud in hallway. The best was it rained and the floor flooded by dirty water seeping up through the floor. The answer was to throw towels to disk it up and proceed to leave them till the next day. Not sure what we were exposed to. Got sick when we got home.

The water park and drinks kids club needs updating
Saw cockroches on stairwell and in room me and my kids got food poisoning twice as well as many others on the resort, first room was stinking of mould and damp. We moved to second room toilet constantly blocked and we kept being locked out

Hotel was great and my daughter had a great time. However, they lied about having a disco/lounge for adults. The disco is a bar with an arcade. Another issue I had was the bathroom smelled terrible whenever I turned off the AC, two of the restaurants on the resort are not included in the all inclusive package and the food options for children could be a little better. Overall my stay was good besides those small complaints the hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed myself.

Super friendly staff, was there on 3 day getaway with my 3 grandkids. They loved it. So did we the adults. Great food and entertainment. Will come back soon.
