The hotel is only a half hour from the airport. The staff is extremely nice, friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is also very good and lots of options for an all inclusive.

Hotel was very clean, spacious. Lots of loungers available on the beach. Staff very attentive.
Fewer loungers by the pool but mostly because people put their towels on the chair to save it but they do not sit in it. We had some difficulty getting washcloths and robes and had to ask for fridge to be restocked with water. Food was okay

The restaurants especially buffets were excellent and the beach was incredible The rooms were spacious and we had our own hot tub
The pools could have been made bigger and definitely need to be a little warmer

It has so much to do and most of all, the people are wonderful!!! We want to give shout outs to hotel employees from the Seaside because they made our stay so amazing! Honestly it was so beautiful.

Our butler, was instrumental in making our stay special and enjoyable. Even with a serious illness in our party, he was able to be there for us at a moments notice and provide guidance on what to do in this medical crisis. He was so pleasant :).
The food definitely looked a lot better than it tasted, but it was still pretty good. Guacamole was amazing!!!

The resort is kept very clean and presentable! Our room was excellent and the maids did a great job cleaning every day. The views of the ocean and the quality of the beach were top tier as well.
My only concern during our stay was the food. Make sure you eat at the restaurants if you want higher quality food-you will need to make reservations upon arrival. Lots of cross contamination at the buffets and the food sits out for hours before consuming

Very Poor
Best thing was the beach. I liked that the hotel had a lot of daily events but there are many other nicer, cleaner hotels that offer this.
The food is not great The rooms are not clean or modern. My bathroom had mold in it & there was water damage to the walls & ceiling by the closet. Also the cleaning people went into my suitcase & STOLE a precious bracelet that was a mothers day gift AWFUL

Everything about this resort was phenomenal. The services, amenities, entertainment, and accommodations were definitely 5 star quality. The buffets and restaurants were delicious with amazing quality. The servers were the best!!!
