Variety of entertainment, spacious, outdoorsy, open. The rooms had everything needed it. Room service it was even better that going to the restaurant. Good entertainment and shows for the kids.
No many food options at the buffet near the beach. One of the rooms rented for the family smelled moldy all the time, the toilets were uncomfortable and too tall, way too much algae at the beach. Service at the dinner restaurants was not good enough and specially the last day we stayed because all restaurants were closed and only one restaurant was open for all the people that was there, it was a two hour disaster and we ended not eating at all there. The photo service with the hotel, not only super expensive but the pictures were not well taken. Prices start $300 dollars for 15 pictures only and goes on and on. The kids area is so small.

The property was nice and cleaned . The workers were awesome, Above and beyond.
The food was bad. Plenty of foods but tasteless. Everything was bland. Nothing we ate had taste. Please train the chefs please. Even my 9 year old complaint about the food. Once she said those people dont know what called spice. Was there for 5 days but bearely eat anything. Thats the only reason I wont go back, because when Im on vacation I love to eat.

The property was very beautiful. Everything was very clean. The rooms I got was GREAT & the butler De Len AMAZING!!!! A few swim up bars which is great. Plenty of bars at this property & the drinks were amazing. My favorite bartender was Emmanuel from the piano bar at the mirage. Many activities to do here. Loved it
The food was the worst part about the resort. Went 5 days eating only fruit. Food definitely needs some help

They are very rude and customer service is poor. I was yelled at over the phone when contacting the front desk for bugs being in my room. It took them over 5 hours to address the situation. I will never revisit this place. I highly do not recommend this property they have poor customer service skills. I cant believe me and my family had to go through this horrible experience.

Location
Food was bad. Hibachi needs a hibachi specialist. There were no straws on site. I observed the bartenders using their hands to rinse off the glasses, they were not steamed and properly sanitized after each use.

Lots of activities. Staff were great! Butler was easy to reach and was very fast and accommodating to our needs. Room service was great. Awesome stay overall!
Complementary shampoo and conditioners felt like they didnt work. I would suggest bringing your own

Staff and employees are very friendly and helpful. 6 restaurants to choose from.
Pool water was very warm and needs maintenance. Some restaurants can not accommodate large groups to sit together. Our group was 19 people. We experienced this at the steakhouse and Japanese restaurants.
