I like that it felt safe. The staff always checked on the guest and if you left the property they were aware of your whereabouts.
Nothing to say bad about the property. I would stay again.

Room service anytime near 11pm.. they do not answer the phones because they know it’s room service.. the front desk younger gentlemen pretty tall.. told me if I gave him money he could order it for me.. I paid for a suite also and did not feel the suite lifestyle.. paid so much more for the suite and got no extra service.. they charge for every meal past 11pm at an all inclusive.. I love majestic but won’t ever stay there again because of late night food options

everything, the dining options at the different restaurants, the pool and activities as well as the facilities for our baby girl to enjoy as well as ourselves. lot's of bars.
breakfast an lunch options where somewhat limited as some of the restaurants where only for club members, i do understand that.

Beach, attentive staff. Butler offered upgrade halfway through stay due to room maintenance issues.
Room showed age, not well kept maintenancewise. Toilet not flushing early on. Some other items needed fixing. All issues were diligently fixed. Could not in room use jacuzzi tub due to water's low flow.

Everything, property is very outdated, they put you in the worst room ever. No empathy to remediate. Food is very mediocre, elevators don’t work, bars are not attended, staff almost all don’t speak English. In buffets good luck getting your drinks. Back to the rooms, our rooms had a leaking toilet, not working bathtub, shower that was moldy, safe that was not working, cabinets with falling doors, beds were twin size, extremely uncomfortable, the cleaning is non existent, minor fridge never filled up unless you call someone, room service never comes. I am currently retaining an attorney to sue the property. $8k for the trip and you come back with regrets. The assistant manager offered mere $100 recommendation!! How awful! I tried to get them remediate through booking also but they denied any wrongdoing. This property is a scam!!!

Gardens super well maintained, compact, lots of spaces to rest and lounge. Property outdoors was well maintained -- you can tell they take pride in it -- constantly staff working on the garden, painting walls, etc. The staff employees were super kind and helpful. We had a lovely butler Dario who took good care of us.
Rooms had a few little issues - no working elevators to 4th floor, tv not working, jacuzzi took 1h+ to fill halfway, room overlooking a service road with lots of trucks so couldn’t sit out and enjoy the balcony. But i'm sure there are much better room options if you get lucky or request it. Buffet got a bit boring after first two days, but i'm sure that would be the same any of these resorts/

This is my new island resort! I loved it so much I booked another stay there the day I left, staff was amazing, food was great, and there was plenty to do! It was like a cruise ship on land.

The beach at Majestic Elegance was gorgeous! You could walk for miles and either direction. The waves were not too strong for swimming and yet there was white water for detoxing. There was very little seaweed and crystal clear water.
The beach butlers on the adult side, Alejandro and Walliam, were outstanding!
The food quality was excellent and diverse. The servers were quick and attentive. The desserts were individual works of art! Beautifully hand crafted!
The resort was very clean and the grounds were meticulously kept weed free.
The AC was very strong in our room. The bracelets We wore included our room key, which was very convenient. The staff would do anything and everything to keep you happy.
The food, weather, and ocean water temps were perfect! We did not use the pools, but they were gorgeous and clean.
The buildings were old but well maintained. One of the elevators was broken but we didn't need it. There were no USB outlets so bring your bricks to charge your phone.
The view from our balcony was a construction zone and we could not see the ocean.
