Beautiful campus and location.
The room itself is not a $---plus room. It was not very clean or comfortable. It would characterize it as a low grade la Quinta or motel.

The hotel and grounds were beautiful.
The good was simply NOT GOOD. Also not enough variety. Most staff were unfriendly and inattentive. Drinks were bad, wine was bad. We have been to over 10 all inclusives and this was our least favorite. Butler was a joke.

It was on the beach
Just about everything else. Staff was rude. Food was mediocre, Roma were outdated. The price I was quoted on Booking.com was incorrect. Ive as charged more.

This resort is nice and veryy clean. The staff is extremely attentive to the customers needs. All Staff often ask if everything is ok and if anything is needed. This resort has amongst the best bilingual staff; they communicate well in both English and Spanish. Clean staff is amazing and clean the room throughly. The AC in the room was amazing and I had to turn it off sometimes which was appreciated because everywhere else was extremely hot. Food was good and there was always seafood available. I really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant which you need a reservation for; food was terrific. The Supreme buffet is the best buffet but it was not open for lunch time, only breakfast and dinner. The animation team is very involved and makes it fun for everyone. The bars have a wide variety of alcoholic drinks and bartenders are really good at what they do.
The resort is extremely HOT! If you dont eat or dine in an air conditioned restaurant youre always sweating. The open buffets and restaurants have no fans or air circulation. I had to walk around with a portable fan and even then I was baking. Ive been to several other resorts and they have ceiling fans in all the open areas including the lobby. Smokers do not have a designated area so youre surround by cigarette smoke at the bar, common areas, etc and because there are no fans youre trapped with the smoke all around you. The beach has aggressive waves which Im not used to. Other resorts have wave blockers where the beach is still no matter the weather. There was some construction going on so some parts of the resorts were closed including the shops which didnt give me partner and I the full resort feel you get when everything is open. This is an all inclusive resort while youre having fun, not if you get sick like I did. They charge you $120 for a consultation and that does not include any medication you may need which is unfortunate. No one wants to get sick while on vacation and the fee for a consultation makes it even worse.

The resort is well kept. It was very clean in the rooms, around the grounds, and on the beach. The landscaping was excellent. The staff were overall nice and helpful.
The food here was probably the worst food I've had anywhere I've ever traveled. Much of the food was entirely inedible especially at the buffets. It is expected that buffet food won't be the most flavorful, but most food items that we had were offensively bad. We only ate decent food when ordering room service. It was also difficult to find a restaurant that was open when we wanted to eat. It's really hard to enjoy yourself when you're starving. The food quality and availability really brought down the experience of the trip and the quality of a relatively nice and good value resort.

Good security, nice beach.
Everyday loud music infront of our room in pool bar.
Bad waiters, no cocktail list, dirty glasses
Food looking nice but tastes strange, the fruit is not ripe.
The animation team is owerpowered.
Hotel shuttle did not wait for us, we had to take a local taxi.
One morning they mowing the grass in front of our terrace and all our things were dirty from the grass.

The property is beautiful and clean. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. We liked the whole concept and theres nothing to complain about. Great service and friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Room service worked well and the food was excellent. We also liked the takeaway & the Mexican. Drinks were the best Ive ever gotten during my stays at resorts in Punta Cana.
We had a room with pool access and it was very nice. All staff we met were really friendly and helpful. The whole place felt secure and comfortable.
