I love the theam and the activity for the kids . Its a good place for kids for sure . Water park , kids club , and the night show ( superhero show. Princes show ) my kids loved it .
The only problem I have they dont speak English so you would find difficulty ordering the food but they are generally helpful

My shower had a leak that was attempted twice to fix but wasn't, toliet handle was cracked and hard to flush, the plugs didn't work and the hair dryer didn't work all had to be replaced. The curtain handle was broken. The stairs coming down from show area at bottom had a big incline where you almost fall forward. My mother's key had to be replaced 3 times, it would just stop working. Some of the front desk staff would keep interrupting while we are speaking. The other parties in my group paid 1399 for there room , which I was booked for also , but for some reason it changed to 1900 and than .21cent I had to pay. Had friends coming in December, but had them change to a different resort. To many things wrong with room, plus at the price I paid not worth it. Definitely worth 1399 but not 1900.

The beach was dirty, a lot of seaweed.

The food was not really good: this is a pity as the ingredients are excellent. The cooking quality was poor with burnt meat, tasteless soups and so on. Except for one person, the reception staff were not that helpful. Some did not even have a rudimentary knowledge of English. Two promises to fetch are suitcases to the lobby were unfulfilled - had to take them in the sun and heat about 120 meters. The dining hall staff were ok but one had to constantly tip to get decent service. Apart from rooms and dining rooms no, repeat, no airconditioned facitities such as bars or coffee shop.

The room was not the castle view but it was silence all the time. Two full bed and one sofa bed. It was clean, excellent A/C, showers, space, mini-bar always full, beach clean water, happy and nice staffs. The a la carte options are good. Totally recommend this place.
The pool floor is very slippery, the buffet food is okay most of the time.

Very good food with nice options every day. I liked the Dominican Show at much. Waterpark is really nice. The girls loved it.
The beds were uncomfortable. I rented for two full beds and get one king and two sofa for the kids. Those were very uncomfortable. I will ask for a big ass fans added to the theater. It is really hot during the shows. The shows are not the best ones I have seen. I recommend to review the shows, specially the lion king. The princess show was good.

The ability to move from 1 property to the other was nice. The events were great, at the pool and the Pueblito. The staff at the Circus restaurant was amazing for our private dinner. The were extremely accommodating & attentive.
The facility could use some standard maintenance in some areas, that didn't look too appeasing. Small things like caulk or rust and the Teens Center is strong of mold smell.
