Entertainment staff were friendly
Pool bar was unable to make drinks that other pool bars could (April spritz), drinks were not always cold. No access to other adult only pool/beach. Far walk from beach. Sand fleas. No attention to allergies (celiac).

Staff was very kind and understanding but was unable to address our issues
We did not receive the room we reserved.. we had reserved a king bed and received a room with 2 double beds.. the. Front desk said nothing could be done that day and they would try to accommodate the following f day we ultimately upgraded to the Ambar property

The weather
Crowded beach and pool areas, food was ok but mostly I didn't have an appetite for anything. It wasn't fresh or hot. Rooms had a musty smell in them. I got food poisoning.

This resort is lovely. The beach is fabulous. Room are clean but a bit dated. The food was good, sometimes excellent. The beach restaurant while a bit busy has the best view.
Premium liquors are not included but available for a fee.

The hotel is far away from the city so for all trips you will have to pay costly taxis
