The cleanliness, the staff, the choices for food and drinks. Juan was our favorite at the pool! Liked the adults only area.
The rooms were very clean but could use updating. Our bed was fine but some others on our trip didn’t like them. It was also loud at night so you may want ear plugs.

The food and activities were very nice.
Had to switch rooms couple of times due to bed bugs. Manager on hand was not very friendly, my issue was treated with no priority. Family rooms were split into two different buildings. missed some evening activities due to the slow handling of my concerns. Finally two days remaining into vacation were perfect. I would not be recommending this resort.

I liked how easy it was to get to the beach, restaurants, and other areas using their carts. The food was mostly good, and most of the staff were really friendly.
You get what you pay for. The rooms felt a little out of date, but very clean.

Room was spacious, but needs updating, especially the bathroom. The pool was large and warm. The buffet was very good with many choices. Ala Cartes were good. I didn’t like the up charge for specials at the ala cartes, as well as extra charge for premium liquor. I’d rather pay a few extra dollars for my booking and have everything included, the true meaning of “all inclusive.” I liked the size of the whole resort, as it gave nice options for walking. We didn’t feel the need to use the trolley system.
My only real complaint at this resort is the beach. While it is beautiful, the small roped-off sections for each hotel are small, crowded and have too few chairs. This is probably the only reason I would not choose to go back to this resort.

The staff was great. The beaches are simply amazing, they have trams that take you, or you can walk there in about 10 minutes. The food was decent, the desserts were good. They had really good entertainment as well. Live singer most nights, a really cool fire show one night.
My room location wasn't the best. Very out of the way, I would recommend getting a room that has a pool view. The water pressure for the handheld shower is abysmal.

Location, entertainment, facilities and specially restaurants
The room was not very clean, the pool was also a bit dirty in some areas. We also had an issue with our shower (very low pressure and we didn't have cold water for a few days, so we had to shower with very, very hot water)
We actually ended up upgrading to Ambar which was the best decision ever. Room was way better, more clean and tidy. Bed is sooo much more comfortable. Pool is perfect and service was flawless at Ambar.

The staff was AMAZING. A handful were not very pleasant to deal with but; I guess there is always a few rotten apples in every box. The rest were the most beautiful, kind, helpful, hard working people.
The restaurant with the wood planks by the entrance lobby. The buffet where the food is kept is like an ice refrigerator. The food was very cold and taste
Terrible. the property, Is absolutely beautiful. However, it's a little overwhelming. there are multiple resorts on the property. Some adult only, and the others were family with children. Because is a non controlled environment, your adult only
Experience, is converted into a family oriented experience which is not what we wanted or expected.
