Beach was beautiful. The staff did an excellent job of cleaning up seaweed. The staff was phenomenal! The food was good. The room was clean.
The 3 rooms our family stayed in all agreed that the mattresses were very firm and uncomfortable. The doors on the rooms have to be slammed shut because they stick. All night you could hear doors slamming in the hall. The pool at Ambar was cloudy and had a bit of a foul odor.

I love the environment, the welcoming staff and overall ambiance. Its always an amazing time and I will definitely be going back. King Kong is the best entertainer!!

The staff was exceptional always friendly and helpful with any questions we asked. The property was exceptional as well. The grounds were impeccable. I dont believe we ever saw any trash. All of the building and restaurants were maintained very well. We have no complaints about the food or service. There was always plenty of choices for any ones tastes. We will definitely return. I would highly recommend this property.
The only con if you want to call it a con. We werent crazy about the wrist bands to unlock your room. In todays world most places we have stayed have a mobile key for your phone. This is really my only con.

The resort is amazing! There are lots of lovely restaurants to choose from. The private beach is amazing! The staff are fantastic particularly Anabel and the breakfast team. Anabel is so friendly and really made our stay extra special by her attention to details by adding flowers to our table.

The staff and facilities were exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and the location of the facilities were fantastic. The beach and hotel pool were right by the room I was staying in. The restaurants were also in a good location. The food was very good for a resort.
The only thing they could improve on is the quantity of shuttles. I traveled with a large group so it became a little difficult to get around, but it was nothing the staff didnt help us with.

The resort is nice, the beatch is great, main restaurant is quit good.
Due to a mistake in the reservation (reservation 6 people 3 rooms (paid for 6 gusts) but in 2 of the room was mentioned 1 gusset..), we were forced to pay a deposit $2000, which was returned only with the help of BOOKING after about 2 weeks. No one in the hotel was capable to solve the problem. During the 4 days of my stay I tried to get my money back talking to reception clerks or to Booking. In addition, the hotel has many "special" restaurants, most of which serve poor quality food. The hotel staff does not know about the entertainment plans and spreads wrong information.
