Wonderful
The property is spacious and with a nice beach view. The location has a variety of restaurants and mini markets within walking distance. Having Security at night made me feel safe.
The main kitchen appliances were run down, there was no paper towels, the pans look very used, the dish rack was dirty and there was no kitchen garbage can. I recommend at least some complementary coffee, salt and pepper for the kitchen and to make sure everything is working properly. The property is also far from the main Punta Cana downtown.

Pleasant
The locations was nice. It was close to the beach and had a nice view from the out door porches. You could also walk to the stores and to a few restaurants. The place was also easy to get to from the airport and other parts of the DR. The people who ran it were very nice and accommodating. Very responsive. They provided parking as promised...that was very nice.
Cars showed up at night playing very load music. It was noisy. There were items which were broken and in need of repair. Overall the place was nice and we enjoyed the stay.
