Sink in the kitchen got clogged

Person from accommodation has changed the type of the room did not give us any heads up. Unsatisfactory

Extra cost: electricity. Only 1 breakfast and it was after 11 a.m.

No AC in the living room

What they showed online is completely different when you get there. No pool, no spa, just a little private simple house. Jacouzi is outside, no privacy at all. Price online changed when you get there. Over charge. Bad experience. No receptionist, you're on your own. They charge you for kw electricity. No esthetic at all to show you a diferans between house and hotel.

Please beware We are not ones to complain but this experience was extremely disappointing and people need to know before booking. First, know that the apartments are run down, subpar, and require a lot of maintenance. The pictures on the website are not accurate. Please beware that barely any essentials are provided, we didnt even have body shower gel. Only had two bath towels and one beach towel per room, other than that nothing else was provided. All appliances including the AC units are very old. We had to change units due to AC not working, and second unit was even more dated than the first. Getting in touch with management is very difficult. Beach chairs and spaces on beach are old, the newer spaces with the nice shaded spots and chairs are for other units. We had to sit underneath a partially shaded spot. Super old and worn out. The beds are a disaster; they are hard and uncomfortable. The twin beds mattresses dont even fit the frame. Poor cleaning, moths in the units, corroded showers, super old and dated furniture. Unit had water damage on ceiling. They charge for electricity separately at the end of the booking and charge full rate on the spot upon check in. They take several pictures of your passport upon check in, which felt very uncomfortable. The road leading to the villa is in extremely bad condition. There is construction on site, which didnt bother us but may be a deterrent for some. These units have rates as if they were 5-star hotels, however these are completely old and dirty units. Not worth it at all. No hospitality. The beach itself is very beautiful. Ana, who is the property manager, barely picks up calls. Terrible experience with this booking. Beware!!!

villa its cozy nice bathrooms just the water umm not so good I belive is smell funny , a lot of mosquitos but the place is clean cant lie water get hot at times , whats not on bookings they charge u for ur electricity which I wasnt so cool about $3000 pesos deposit pool its not part of the property so u have to purchase at the pool to be able to use free si they say

There are few things that need to be changed and fixed. We found few things were not working and broken.

We had little issue with water, it was enough water for 2 people to take a shower at the same time. But, not for 3-4. It might be an island issue not the unit. Just wanted to point ir out.

Didn't like having to pay for the electricity separately. No extra toilet paper rolls, no bathing towels

There was a little noise from a construction next to the village

The car gate didn't open automatically..Need to call staff 15 minutes in advance. Ac only in bed room...needed to run to cool entries apt..old property..needs renovation.. everything worked, but quite okd.. this is not a hotel, but an individually Owen condo.

the fan is not strong enough, it was a bit warm inside

The prize you see in the overview is not correct, they charge you extra for cleaning, tax and electricity. This is not optional. You have to add 20-30% to the booking prize.

Local shops for supplies was not of a good quality.Getting hassled everytime wanted to just relax on the beach,by locals asking for money etc.
