It's pretty much a bait and switch situation because the villa looked nothing like the modern villa shown in the pictures. We could've got over the dated apartment because it was well maintained. However, the mosquitoes were out of control. We killed about 8 mosquitoes in ONE bedroom the first night. There was no way we could've slept with those circling us. And we probably killed close to 15-20 mosquitoes over 2 days. It was so disgusting. They need to keep the doors/windows shut to keep out mosquitoes.
When we left, we noticed the cleaning lady opening the bathroom windows while she cleaned. It made sense but they they need screens to keep out the bugs.
There was no breakfast either. Stay away from the two-bedroom villa (Victoria 2).

I like the staff's attention to us. The host was very communicative and friendly.
My family and I had a good time, and the pool was nice and big. The location was very convenient just in front of the pool and a few steps from the beach. We're definitely coming back!!! :)

Close to the beach — steps away from the sand ! Our villa was as described . Great clean place , well supplied kitchen , housekeeping provided several times a week
Some minor issues with air conditioning unit leaking and a dead lizard fell out of one but it is to be expected in the tropics and was fixed immediately and we had no issues .

Location, few steps from the beach. Very convenient to walk for less than a minute.
Spacious, the apartment is big enough for a big family.
Breakfast, there was. a decent breakfast in the nearby restaurant included in the price.
The reality of Apartment with Sea View is completely opposite from what you see in the pictures.
- Furniture, it's completely outdated, old beds, old sofas, old kitchen, old bathrooms, you feel the stuff from thrift store more than a vacation house
- Water, they provide drinking water but the water from the pipes are very smily. You don't feel fresh after taking shower. We thought it's the nature of the city but trying water in other restaurants and it smells normally. It seems the pipes are old and it needs a lot of updates. (attaching a picture of the water in the washing machine and you can see it is yellow)
- Sea view, this is the biggest scam so far. The apartment has a new construction that is blocking the view, so you have a small partial view from the balcony.
- Parking, it's available in the place but you have to park in the beginning of the complex and walk for 3 to 5 minutes
- Check in, it took an hour to finish the check in as they had to call the technician to fix many things in the apartment such as the AC and lights. We should take this as a sign and leave the place.
Additionally, there was a storm during our stay and we had a blackout for 6+ hours. Prepare yourself to be on your own as the apartment doesn't have any candles or flash lights.

The property was right next to the beach. We enjoyed the beach view from the terrace. Restaurants were nearby.
There are few things that need to be changed and fixed. We found few things were not working and broken.

The unit has a wonderful ocean view and the A/C in the rooms.
There is no A/C anywhere else in the unit except the bedrooms. It needs some updates of furniture in both rooms for practical reasons.

I recently stayed at a beautiful resort in Bavaro, and it exceeded my expectations. The location, just steps from the beach, provided stunning ocean views and breathtaking sunsets.

Beautiful location right on the beach, I love the patio and the view was stunning. Property looks prettier in real life, literally a perfect house for a beach vacation
The only thing I would change is to add AC in the living room (AC is only in the bedrooms). Also maybe to add some condiments in the kitchen (like tea, coffee, sugar and salt).

It was the worst experience of our life it was not what we saw on booming.com no pool wee had to go by other public pools to swim no ocean view water was stink my skin break out ace giving problems they changed it still was given problems if we ask for anything along they can they would bring it beside that we had to make it work cause no refund. Food around the eara was terrible.

The house is nice, spacious and very close to the beach, event a restaurant with playground for kids.
Kitchen is well equipped.
There are 2 bathrooms in the house we stayed in (same owner has many houses in that area).
A plus was the fresh water big tank provided.
The doors make noise when opening.
The furniture is oldish and also makes noise.
Mustiquaires can be put at the windows to allow to aerate the house, as there are many mosquitos just in the garden and once one goes out.

Location
Windows in both washrooms are watching directly on parking and they cannot be closed even if you’d like to take shower. It is not comfortable and does not leave the thought that at any moment someone will look inside; Second (small room) too noisy, because windows come straight out on stairs, when always somebody talking or smoking; AC in the main bedroom works barely, filters in it were never changed which makes air not fresh.
