the beach access
the buffet food had no flavor
we were told it was international night and all they had were nachos to indicate it was international night. we went to the burger restaurant and it took 1.5 hours to receive our food. there was no communication about my expectations of an all inclusive. tried to book dinner reservations but there were always booked. the staff was not able to communicate with us effectively. I do not plan on staying at this iberostar location again.

- View from room (which we payed) - System of getting water - Beach is good
- Rooms are very old (need refresh) - Too many very old people and kids...no for young couples and Europeans - Food quality is pretty low - Pool is is not clean after which I got sick because of bacteria - It is pretty boring place - Main area is nice and well maintained but at night there is not enough of light so whole area is very dark - Most of stuff does not speak English

The beach was really lovely with a clean sand and blue water. Room was overall ok and food was also decent especially for the local standards, staff was overall friendly however didn't look particularly motivated.
I think the most important thing to improve is the quality of beds. They are so soft, I had back pain after sleeping on them. Staff wasn't rude but wasn't very motivated and you really need to push to get even the bare minimum.
