The key card kept on deactivating so we had to walk ALL THE WAY to the front to re-set it. It would be best if they start using the key-wristband technology like in other resorts.

The food, drinks, the stuff.
Not enough entertainment at night, the entertainment team did not invite the people to participate, and the music dedicated only to one country to please them, needs more variation when playing songs.

The hotel staff are very excellent and courteous and the hotel staff did their work well and professionally everything was orderly and the hotel facilities were excellent. Excellent restaurants with various dishes and we were surprised by their service every day. It was excellent and we will definitely come again. I will travel there

the beach access
the buffet food had no flavor
we were told it was international night and all they had were nachos to indicate it was international night. we went to the burger restaurant and it took 1.5 hours to receive our food. there was no communication about my expectations of an all inclusive. tried to book dinner reservations but there were always booked. the staff was not able to communicate with us effectively. I do not plan on staying at this iberostar location again.
