We really enjoyed our stay at this Iberostar. All people working there were friendly and helpful (they all worked hard to make peoples stay great). Some of them spoke good English, some of them a bit less good English ,but we never had any troubles to communicate with anyone (what I was afraid about reading some comments). It always helps if you know a few basic words in Spanish.
The food at the hotel was great! We loved and buffet and a la carte restaurants (we went to the greek , steak and italian restaurants). Nice thing was an icecream stand at the pool area. Fresh fruit juices available during all meals(something what we missed in other iberostars in other countries)
Kids club was quite nice too. They had a lot of activities and ladies working there were sweet to kids.
Room was spacious and pretty comfortable.
A whole hotel was clean.
The room had a few broken things (we were not so bothered about it). Definitely would be good if they would do some renovations of the rooms.
AC wasnt cooling the room as much as we would wish, but we also used the fan together with the AC and it was fine(way cooler than outside anyway).
In general we were happy and we would happily come back to this hotel.

There needs to be meals prepared everyday every meal for vegetarian. Difficult to find things to eat if you don't eat meat

Where to start. the hotel is beautiful - huge and has something for everyone! its a family resort but it was quiet (apart from at night if youre close to the entertainment section near the lobby), but it was lovely.
Beautiful scenes, so well kept!
The staff are so helpful and the head chef was great - made separate meals for me as a vegan every night! I cant recommend this place enough and would go back in a heartbeat.

the resort is excellent
the air conditioning in the room was awful. Seems that the restaurants don.='t turn on the air conditioning, it is unpleasant to be in a restaurant and not enjoying because of the heat. The shows are not too good, same dancing and singing every time was boring.

Absolutely Everyone was nice, kind, and attentive. They helped drive everyone around the large resort. Rooms were cleaned daily. They kept the excitement alive with activities and music at the pool. The beach was kept clean and seagrass removed every morning.
Having a few extra pops in the mini fridge would have been nice but thats the only improvement.

The property was expansive with access to other attached resorts.
The resort was pushing for everyone to attend an Iberostar presentation. Much so like a timeshare commitment.

I think they have to improve the entertainment. Day entertainment around the pool is boring and post shows at night as well. Dj music selection in not varied.

plenty of space, excellent food and beverage. I had some issues with the room but it was fixed. it is difficult to schedule the restaurants for a big group. but overall was excellent.
