Continental breakfast, very poor, 1 toast, 1 egg, coffee and juice. The service is acceptable, though the staff does not speak English.
Wi-Fi simply does not work, a webpage opens up in 1-2 minutes, absolutely unable to send anything.

They provided water. The room was clean.
As my agreed rate which the booking was made on $45 US per night. They scammed me and charged me 186. I can prove this through my bank statements. They used the Dominican peso trick.

The location was great!
No warm or hot water, no WiFi access, no blankets, no clean bedding sheets, and no clean towels, and also bad breakfast. We have been traveling and backpacking all around the world for 15 years. We knew the differences and expectations when it comes to traveling in certain countries with a certain amount of budget. This hotel is one that you absolutely want to avoid staying in. It is not budget-friendly compared to the amount of money you will spend. Please look for other hotels that you feel are safer, cleaner, and with a cheaper price. Refund system: We decided to leave the hotel the next day. The hotel's front desk could not accommodate any of our needs that I mentioned above. We would still need to pay 18% of government tax, although its our decision to leave the property ASAP. We got a reasonable amount of money back, which was DOP, but it still changed our whole travel plans and wasted our valuable time to make another new itinerary. False information: This was the hotels system that might create exaggerated reviews which are mostly not true. Please stay away and do not even look further. There are many other better options in Punta Cana if you do a little more research. I was wondering how other people could complement the good breakfast, working WiFi, and clean facility. These are all lies. Someone might have written false reviews to increase bookings for this facility

I didnt like anything about the room or the hotel , the room was nothing like the pictures online. I stayed in the room long enough to find another hotel. So I paid all That money for nothing and of course I couldnt get a refund because it was the day of my trip.

Really nice place, clean, close to convenient things such as night life. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning works good. They give you water everyday
