This is our second time staying at this property, and we truly love it. We came back because we had such a great experience the first time, and it did not disappoint. Anna is an amazing manager and a very empathetic person. She really cares about the guests and makes everyone feel welcome.
There are a lot of kitties at the property, and they are always so happy playing together it creates a joyful and lively atmosphere that we really enjoy. The food is amazing! We highly recommend Dalia for breakfast and Dolce Italia for dinner. Great cuisine and honest prices.
The property is literally on the beach, which makes it even more special. There was a bit of seaweed during our stay, but the beach still has beautiful vibes and remains absolutely stunning.
We will definitely come back!

Staff was friendly, kind, and answered any of our questions, Also told us what was available in the area.
The beach and the restaurants are really close.So even on a rainy day you did not have to go far.

The location is good but the apartment was not like the pictures, it was old and needs some maintenance. One of the rooms smelled musty, including the sheets, and the air conditioner was not working properly.
Read carefully because electricity, taxes and cleaning fee is not included in the price.

Beach walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby within Walking distance.
Lack of punctuality to the staff. We almost missed our flight because Anna didn't let me know on time that she will arrive late.
Also, be prepared to get charged for KwH during your stay (which to me it seems bizarre)

It was easy and fast to check in and check out. Helpful staff, always in touch! Free transfer from the airport was organized perfect!
The appartment had enough space for three of us. We had a great view of the Atlantic ocean from the balcony.
Kitchen is good equiped for cooking. To have large bottles of water was very convenient.
Beds are comfy.
Good restaurants and bars are very close.
The name in the title Villa a lit misleading, in fact it is just - appartments near the beach.
Air Conditioning only in one room, was difficutlt to sleep in the general room.
Kettle is impossible to use, very rusty.
Shower looks very sadly! Outdated!
The beach near is dirty (the sand itself), lots of locals with loud music, lots of drunk people on the beach. All boats are coming closely to the beach, smells awful.
Lots of algaes that are not removed.
Think it is good appartment when u spend most of the day exploring the country. For better beaches it is better to pay for All inclusive hotels.

spacious, comfy beds, close to beach
not a villa - bottom floor flat with no balcony and the jacuzzi is not private. property is falsely advertised as private entrance. advertised as breakfast available as add on but in reality it meant a trip to a nearby restaurant or cafe (not a problem in itself but not as advertised). jacuzzi wasn’t clean as others were using jacuzzi and we complained the first time, but then gave up after subsequent times as it had been used almost every day when we got back in the evening and we decided not to use it. tv also did not work. we mentioned this as check out and were told the cost of the jacuzzi running wasnt much. it was a lovely space but really not worth the money as we only paid extra for a private jacuzzi which wasnt private

Great location - so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very clean. Good wi-fi. Owners helped us to organise the transfers, share with us all useful tips "where to go and what to see". Drinking water available for guests.

Our villa was perfectly located on Bavaro beach, with sea view. It was very comfortable and clean. The complex is beautiful and very green and there is 24 hours security. There is a small mini market inside the complex and a bigger one, just a few steps outside. The little restaurant in front on the beach was really good. Anna the host fas very helpful all the time, she arranged a free pickup for us from the airport. I recommend this place to everyone who’s looking for a calm holiday out of the big resorts.

not directly related to the villa where we stayed, but perhaps worth mentioning:
- it is not very transparent from the description/photos/map (also typical to some other 'resorts' in Los Corales area) that they are not standalone resorts, but renting out different accommodations scattered around the place
- would be nice to have access to a clean pool, there are some pools nearby which you may access but they don't look quite hygienic

We liked everything!
The ocean VIEW, towels and sunbeds are inluded.
These are convinient 2 level appartments which placed in a relatively good area (Bavaro). Relatively means its Best in DR.=)
2 badrooms for 2 sleeping room + hall and 2 resting place upstair. The Ideal option for spreading family amonf house when you take rest.
The personal is very responsive and want you to take rest!
