First let’s start off by saying the staff was wonder however the rooms a very very dirty no WiFi not to mention that in the room is flooded with roach ? big ones at that very nasty establishment never ever will I go back ‼️‼️‼️

The hotel was close to the bus station. The accommodation was cheap.
First i barely opened my room as the door was kind of stuck. There was a bad smell inside and insects crawling. The walls and everything was very damaged and dirty. The sheets on the bed were not clean and the blanket had a bad smell like it wasn't washed for a long time. The bathroom was half functional, I didn't even get the soap to wash my hands. The toilet was broken. The breakfast was literally a few scrambled eggs and a toast. The isolation of the door was poor, I've heard every person that went through the hall during the night and i've also heard neighbors having loud sex like they were in my room. This accommodation needs a quite serious renovation.

All of their. Because I booked and confirmed it, when I arrived the receptionist told me it was full and he couldn't do nothing about it.
For a woman traveling alone who arrives at 22:30 in an city for the very first time was hard. Was so difficult to find another place.
Never ever more I will have a booking from this place again.

Good location. Close to many restaurants that are open late.
Not possible to pay by card but they have a atm in the reception (charged us 16 dollars fee). Paid in cash but reception didnt have change so we had to head out at 1am to find a place that can change our money to smaller bills.
Found lots of old cigarette buds under the bed and in the toilet. Everything was full of ashes.
Couldnt see yourself in the mirror as its full of stains.
Wifi only works partaly if you are standing right at the door.
Very thin walls.

Nothing was awful!
I arrived at the hotel with my reservation in hand, but the person at the counter claimed that Booking.com hadn't sent them anything. Even after I provided my confirmation number, he insisted they had no record of it. It wasn't until he checked my ID that he "suddenly" found my booking. He then claimed only two rooms were available.
After I paid in cash (including a tip, of course), he told me to wait while he checked the room. When he finally took me upstairs, the room was nothing like what I had paid for. I booked two king beds, but he gave me one king bed in a room that was dirty and had a foul odor. When I protested, his only response was, "Sorry, this is all we have. There’s another one, but it’s worse."
He even went downstairs to get a spray to mask the smell, but it remained unbearable. At that point, I demanded my money back and left.

The hotel was in a busy local area with lots of shops and restaurants and away from the beach and tourist areas. It was near the bus terminal to Santo Domingo. The pool had a nice size.
The hotel has outdated facilities and could use some renovations. Some staff members were not very friendly. The breakfast was very simple and one day it was basically not available due to equipment failure.

Even with a reservation they didn’t have a room for us. We have to stay and sleep at the car. At 11:pm could not find a hotel close by. Not good customer service.

The location was in a busy area around Plaza Friusa and had many shops and services in walking distance, even the bus terminal to Santo Domingo.
The pool looked clean and was big.
Staff at the reception tried to help with certain topics.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was very basic and was not fully available for one day, due to equipment failure.
Staff preparing and serving breakfast were not friendly and even asked for extra tip for just providing the food.
The coffee was not filtered well and not good.
TV channels were very limited and reception was poor.
Overall the maintenance was poor and many areas needed updates.

The room was absolutely filthy and stunk of urine. There were all these stains in the tub, dirty towels and uncleaned windows. The room also had ao many mosquitoes which made the stay even more unbearable. I didn't even stay for all the days I booked; I left after one day. It was atrocious.

The place is okay for the price, but honestly, if you spend just a little more — especially with options like Airbnb — you can find a much nicer and more comfortable place.
It’s fine if you’re staying just one night, but I wouldn’t recommend it for your entire stay. The staff isn’t friendly — they don’t even say hello. At breakfast, the kitchen staff won’t greet you or make any effort to be welcoming, which makes the experience feel a bit cold.
The building is old and needs maintenance. There’s a strong smell of humidity, and in my case, the bed was broken. There were plenty of spoons in the room (oddly), but that didn’t make up for the overall condition. The bathroom was actually in good shape, though.
They should fix the beds, improve the smell of the place, and train the staff in basic customer service and friendliness.
The area around the hotel isn’t great either — it’s not very safe, especially at night. If you go out, I recommend always using an Uber.
In short, if you’re staying for just one night and want something cheap, it’s okay. But if you plan to stay more than two nights, I’d definitely recommend looking for a better option — there are safer and more comfortable places out there for a similar price.

I didn't like anything. From stuff to service. Smelly room. Broken wall. No towel. Like horrible . Every picture they post all are fraud. Never experienced that worst in my life. Breakfast disgusting

Wonderful
This property is well maintained and everything I need was working. Breakfast was served on time near the pool side. Calm and Quiet. Listening to the birds while having breakfast. Safety in the property was awesome. Reception staffs were very friendly and helpful.
Water pressure was low. We had a jacuzzi in our room but no use as water pressure was very low.
