The Room was nice. The gym was nice.
I did not think it was cool to have a man try to deliver beach towels at 10:00 pm and again at 10:30 PM. I would have a concern if I were a woman. The staff has room to improve in the area of customer service. Transportation required to access Beach Pool.

The beautiful weather
The food was not very good. The customer service was not great. My first room smelled like mildew. Had to call 6 times and kept being told that there were no rooms available. They finally found one but it took another 4 calls to have someone help us move

The staff was amazing, everyone from your cleaning crew two chefs waiters and waitresses and even the people at the front desk
The only thing I didnt like was when you were sitting on the balcony your vision was obstructed by a silver bar rail Other than that everything was excellent

The. Cleanliness of the room was disgusting. The pillow covers had lipstick stains on them and the toilet was smeared with something that looked like poop on the side. I used the toilet and didn't notice until I flushed because my hand got dirty that.

We enjoyed the hotel, the grounds were beautiful. Plenty of amenities to Choose from. They upgraded our room when we arrived, we didnt ask they just did it. The room was awesome!
My only complaint would be they need more variety of food during the day, outside by the pool area/beach.
