The food in the Buffet was exceptionally delicious.
I had to switch my room and had to pay more despite the second room being a Junior Suite and became flooded when it rained overnight. I was not compensated for my wet luggage and damped clothes. The first room had a great amount of mold in the bathroom.

The entertainment team do a great job.
Almost all waitresses and employees in the buffet were not polite some are rule. Only Ramon and Altagracia were nice. The first night the AC and refrigerator dont work also we have a leak in the shower I reported however never got fix. The door in the balcony was so hard to open we supposed get moved in another room never happened. They told me in the phone I will be compensate for that but in my check out they never mentioned me either I just want to get out. I dont like the buffet either. The dessert is not the greatest

The front desk staff is absolutely awful. We were moved 4 times in 2 days and was promised a refund but never received it. Was offered another room just to be moved again. So 3 more rooms dir a 4 night stay.

The resort was beautiful and the staff were very friendly!! There were an excellent variety of restaurants to choose from. Saudy went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and special for us!
The food at the Portafino was served cold, and the waiter found it very difficult to communicate with us and our requests. The TV in our room did not work for 3 of the 6 days of our stay, and it took several calls in order to receive maintenance to get it working. The time share presentation was very misleading as we were told we were receiving a free dinner reservation as a welcome gift only to be blindsided with a 3 hour presentation of their time share.

The staff treated us like family. The best spa day ever. The food was delicious. There was so many things that made our stay exceptional. Looking forward to returning soon.
Wish I had known that the resort didnt take Mastercard. No air vent in bathroom.
