The property was absolutely beautiful. Our room 3051 was very nice. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable. We overlooked the pool. The restaurants on the property were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Ricardo was excellent to deal with from the beginning to the end.
Its a bit of a maze. A map would have been a welcome addition.

The location
It was in really bad condition, bathroom fixtures broken, furniture broken, stained and in bad shape, dirty and full of dust. As we did not have another choice due to the holidays we had to spend a morning cleaning. The cleaning staff sen after our complaint was rude and un responsive to our requests to have the fixtures fixed. The automatic door lock did not work most of time, was promised an entry card and was never delivered.

The apt was spacious and well laid out, comfortable, a very nice pool just walking out the door of our terrace and nevertheless quiet, full kitchen (which we didn't use but that is great if you're there for a longer stay), great A/C
The living room area is huge, perhaps the apt could fit a 2nd bedroom for a couple with children?

The location is well located
The location is ok but the apartment was dirty. The air conditioner isnt working. Also the bathroom had a clogged sink. The shower was also not working properly. The furniture was not in good condition. In short, we feel that the property is not in the condition required or promised in the photos.
