The resort is beautiful! Food was excellent.
If your looking for lots of activities this is not the place for you. We got talked into a $500 upgrade at check-in. Which was a better room with hot tub. Better mini bar, better snacks etc. We got none of it. Had to ask for snacks cause there weren't any. We had horrible time explaining to manager we didn't receive what we paid for. We got our refund but it wasn't easy. My husband had to threaten to call bank and stop payment before they agreed to refund and then didn't want to give us a copy of our signed agreement. It took going above and beyond manager of desks head to hotel manager before we got anything accomplished. If you don't speak Spanish it's hard to communicate. Only 2% of tourists here are English speaking so the staff don't speak very good English. Some none at all. Beach had a lot of Sargasm. We were there 7 days and only allowed to swim one day. Only entertainment is at night.

Attentiveness. Clean. Variety of foods & restaurants. Professional staff everywhere. All inclusive is wY to go.
Limited swimming area on beach. Also, all the seaweed. I didn't like that pools close at Sundown.

If you're vegetarian like me, this place is awesome, lots of great delicious food and the restaurants that serve dinner all have vegetarian (and some have vegan) options. The staff is also very kind. The beach is nice but as I went in September, there's lots of algae in the water and on the sand.
The AC in my room didn't work that well and the showerhead kept falling off, the rest everything was perfect.

The grounds and staff were amazing.
The rooms need updating. Better AC and more electrical outlets and the refrigerators didnt work very good.

The pool can be easily accessed throughout the hotel.
The staff were incredibly hostile and unhelpful.
Before my fianc and I checked out at 12 noon on Sunday the 17th September 2023, we asked for the bellboys around 10:00am to collect our luggage from our room. There was a sense of urgency as our Taxi was scheduled to be at the hotel around 12:10pm as our flight was departing around 2:00pm. The bellboys failed to collect our luggage before 12 noon and only gave us our luggage around 12:30pm while the Taxi was waiting. They even had the audacity to claim there is no taxi at the gates when our taxi was clearly at the front. As a result, my fianc and I were late and were forced to run throughout the airport to board our flight. This was our first time in the Dominican Republic and navigating an unfamiliar environment while on a tight schedule was fuelled our anxiety. The staff were also unapologetic and didnt seem to care.
The food also made my fianc and I sick. On the first day the chicken in the buffet was uncooked and raw.

Food was really tasty and lots of different options, no reservation needed so first come first served. Pool is amazing, always super warm and massive enough space for anyone
Not much happening in this resort, no real entertainment, 3 days is more than enough here
