The property itself was large, and pretty to look at.
The food wasn’t good, if you’re not part of the vip you’re going to eat horrible food. The rooms only looked clean at a quick glance but in actuality it was dirty everywhere. I also had $500 go missing after I asked them to decorate the room. They didn’t fully decorate it, made it look like a complete mess, and didn’t even use all the decorations I brought. They never offered to return the unused decorations either. I had to go in person and ask for the decorations I paid for.

Pool was large
My room smelled extremely bad from the toilet and mold. I have a mold allergy, so this was a serious issue for me. I asked the staff to change my room, but they did not properly consider the situation. They told me I needed to speak with the receptionist, which I did. The receptionist said they needed to make a report first and that they would get back to me about changing the room. I called four times, and nobody followed up with me. As a result, I had to stay another day in the same conditions, and I could barely breathe. In addition, the toilet was not working properly during our stay, which caused further inconvenience. Overall, the handling of this situation was very disappointing and unacceptable.

It was super big and full of stuff, the beach is great was the best part, the pool maybe is a little short but the beach is the value here.
The Asian restaurant was messy, it felt the tension in the kitchen and in the waiters. The attention was average, very lower comparing the other restaurants.

the swimming pool is great and kids club staff are incredible. The gym staff are also amazing.
Food is terrible, the staff are very rude (except for the staff at Kids club and gym - they are awesome). Staff make you feel bad for asking to be served or for any request. It is very hard to find staff at the swimming pool and beach to order drinks.

Some spots on the buildings need more maintenance Also the cleaning serving came in very late during the day like after 4:pm The restaurants food was very similar to the main restaurant so don’t bother trying to go to the restaurants

The pools were nice and clean
Rooms had a smell to them, very small and old fashioned and the air conditioning kept everything very humid, including clothes. Shower was nasty. The restaurants took a long time to bring the food. The fist night our waitress was not trained and the buffet restaurant was always dirty.

All the restaurants are first come first serve which creates a huge backlog with 1000+ guests onsite. We waited an obscene amount of time for a table at most of the restaurants. The food was good but not worth the wait. They would do well to consider an alternate way to serve the guest which would also benefit the staff. By the time guests are seated they have little patience left for even the slightest inconvenience which can lead to unpleasant interactions with the staff and escalations to management.

Room have a strong mold/mildew smell. Mold in bathroom. Room was damp. Everything in room was damp. Bed sheets, all of our clothes. No ventilation in room. Bathroom was always wet. Staff stole $200 shoes from my room

Wonderful
Good location with a fantastic swimming pool and beach. We enjoyed the food and drinks.
You should be able to reserve the restaurants for dinner. Because of this there we long waiting lines and sometimes not possible to get th restaurant we wished. We reserved for 12 persons, wich gave a lot of troubles communicating with the hotel how to pay inadvance. I nthe end we were able to pay on site. We booked for 2 of the 4 rooms 1 large king-size bed, but received 2x2 smaller beds.
