We really liked the pool, the beach, it's a huge hotel nice and clean, lots of palms, flowers. Pool bar the staff nice and friendly we really loved them. The snacks were okay, the buffet was great lots of choices we really liked.The restaurants also great
The rooms needs an update, the bathroom door was an slide door NOT PRIVACY at all. Too many ducks by the pool, No hand towels we had to requested, room service took a while to deliver our order almost 2 hours. The junior suite was not for 6 people.

The scenery was beautiful, and that restaurants at the resort were included in the all inclusive. The pool close too early so when u get back from excursions u dont have time to enjoy it
The rooms were dirty and had bugs. Stained sheets. It was a hassle to get the front desk or room service on the phone. If u ask for wash clothes or towels theyll come hours later. The buffet food was cold and nasty but did have e variety of things

The staff super friendly, Variety of food, the different restaurant, the facilites, the gardens.
The room was old but the bed was confortable and that the most important.
The bed for babies are really really small, our kid of 16months couldnt sleep in it for two weeks. The baby bed is for new born or kid who dont move at all during the night.

Some of the staff in the restaurant closest to the beach eg Oscar. The pool was fantastic. Rooms are lovely!
The beach was full of sargassum which was disappointing. But otherwise great!

Despite many reviews we found the food excellent, with great variety and freshness. From meat, veggies, fish and sea food, many desserts, smoothie bar at the beach!! The waiters are hardworking, special thanks to Javier and also Juan! Crystal at the guest service is the most amazing person, thanks for your support due to my hospitalisation!! Hector at the gym and bar doing double shifts was also very kind!!! So many hard working people, working 11 or 15 days in a row but still trying to accommodate your needs!!! Huge applause!!! Good value for money, accepting these mishaps!!!
It was just sooo dirty, they implemented many measures against the birds but they are still pooing around during breakfast and lunch, both on the fences and chairs, they are trying to clean these but it is out of control.. they need a general cleaning!!
Unfortunately the cocktails were not too delish.
Under no circumstances book junior suite, only premium or privileged!!! The junior suite is is terrible conditions, after two room changes we got an upgrade, that was fair because the first room was dirty and had terrible smell and the second one had water leaking on the ceiling, after we got the upgraded room, it was all fine!!!

The resort itself was nice. Room was nice. Pool, bars, club and beach was nice.
unorganized staff. Lots of miscommunication. Was suppose to have an assigned concierge however we never met him the individual we did get assigned to was nice however he was very unsure about a lot of things at the resort. Staff was our overall issue.
