Wonderful
The service at the Food Market can be improved with appropriate training to the waiters. With the exception of 2 or 3, they seemed to not know what they're doing. It took forever to get anything requested.

It was beautiful the view the beach I loved The animals they have there its almost like staying at a zoo. It was almost no entertainment tho. No real food options. The staff was def rude. Our toilet barely flushed.
my partner was charged him the same price just to sleep in a room that was payed for already. most dnt speak English they dont even try to understand you. There was a huge stain on the sheet pillows smelled like mildew. Food horrible. Drinks are juice

I up graded my package to the diamond and did not receive the benefits that came with it could not get the liquor except form one bar that closed at 5 my nes and couch smelled like mold the entire time even after I ask for it to be changed

I loved that everything was very cleaned and it was a great spot to relax due to low noise.
I didnt like that the resort didnt have a club/discotec. Also not having a lot of variety of foods in the buffet.

Variable food, different restaurants, transport inside the hotel.
A lot of mosquitoes. Its very hard to get a reservation in one of the restaurants.

The facilities were incredible!! So many restaurants (including a cafe, ice cream shop, bars) and the ocean view from our room was second to none. Would highly recommend this hotel
The only minor con is that this isnt an adults only hotel so there can be a lot of kids present depending on the time you visit
