Amazing territory with beautiful nature, good beach and pools. Big comfortable room.
Stuff a little bit slow, especially waiters in food markets. Room cleaners keep forgetting to bring a lot of things, like slippers, bathrobes, coffee, beer, and more. Food is okay, but could vary more.

The entertainment is very impressive, which I did not expect. I particularly like the circus show on Monday night. Every performer was fabulous and dedicated to their work. I also had fun time with Dominica show and pool aerobics party. A lot of interaction with staff who made participants very excited. I like my room not far from the pool and beach house, so convenient and could even relax at the door. The resort has extended beach and quite clean and soft. the weather is perfect too. Some cloudy and rain but not long enough to damage the experience. Staff is very nice and attentive, no pushing for sale. I also like the look of lobby.
When I read review, I saw the people talked about good food, which I feel not meet my expectations. Maybe I set bar a bit higher.

Overall the staff interactions were poor except for a few main (buffet) restaurant staff who were good. Even so, there were a lot of hiccups in the way things were done.

A wide variety of food with something for everyone. Beautiful property and loved the animals along our walks. Majority of staff was friendly and helpful. Loved having a pool for fun activities and music along with the quieter pool to relax.
Pools closing at 6:00 and ice cream shop closing earlier too.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The mini fridge was kept well stocked with cold beverages. The beach was gorgeous -lots of sunbeds available. The pools are kept very clean and do not get crowded.
The only negative thing i can think of is that the prices in the hotel shop for things such as sunscreen, bugspray etc are extortionate

Great beach and very nice pools. Even though the hotel was sold out, it never felt overcrowded. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, and the staff was helpful throughout our stay. We also really liked the buffet and the rooftop area on the beach.
Our room was on the first floor and it felt quite humid. The shower room doesn’t have an extractor fan, so all the steam spreads into the room and makes it even more humid. There were also no mosquito nets, so we couldn’t get fresh air from outside without letting insects in.

AC not working. Bad smell like mold. Towels and pillows smell as well. Food choice is limited.
