Location was great! 5 minute walk to a spectacular beach!! The grounds and the pool.were very well maintained. Carolina, the host, was awesome!! She was very attentive, kind, and would always answer promptly!!

Excellent location within a short walk to El Cortecito beach and the 365 Beach Club. Los Corales and Bavaro were a couple of minutes away by car. Safe and enclosed parking facility.

The pool was great. Very quiet, but also relaxed with kids. Friendly guards and very safe surroundings with kids. Couple of minutes from the beach. Also a very large appartment, other kids to play with! Really a gem for that. But... lots of small annoyances which the owner and managers tried really hard to fix, but I think with a few tweaks they could make the stay a little less bumpy.

Carolinas condo is fantastic for great value and a beautiful and friendly complex and glorious pool. Her team including Gabriela is very efficient and kind. the security is excellent for the area. this is a way to experience Punta Cana in a more authentic way with more locals. a short walk takes you to many good restaurants and the glorious beach. Favorite places to eat: Ohnos, Pastrata and Kats Corner. great deck in the sun we hardly ever left the complex it was so nice inside but when we did the beach was close and nice. groceries are a quick Uber to the well stocked Jumbo (Dutch) supermarket.

Carolina and Jose are super nice we loved the pool and the outstanding security staff! I have often been harassed as a traveller to the Dominican, but not with the security at this establishment.

The condo and the host are great. The apartment has everything that you need. Katiuska is fantastic with the reception and with all your needs. There mini markets and some restaurant near by. The beach is really close too.

The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment had a fully supplied kitchen, comfortable living room, ac in each area, ceiling fans. It was a very secured complex, extremely helpful staff, only a block from several restaurants, beach, mini markets.

The Host - Carolina - was extremely helpful to organise rental car at airport, local issues like best supermarkets to go to and where to find right people to find any services or places to enjoy the beautiful coast of Punta Cana. The condominium itself lays in second row to the beach - by the way best part of that 6 km beach, and you are by foot in 5 Min at the beach. It is a nice and quiet apartment, security takes care 24/7 and they are very nice and helpful. Th apartment is very well equipped and we enjoyed the 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms and the living room and the kitchen with dining table very much. WiFi works on high speed and each room has a quiet air condition. As we like to cook by ourselves - I have to admit - the 6 gas flames on the stove are luxury! Matraces were very good and new and bathroom well equipped. As we moved to another apartment in the same complex (Carolinas apartment was rented out already) we can say that hers was the better one! You find little supermarkets just around the corner and a lot of nice Beach Bars with a lot of occasions. For us a place to come back to!

We came late and got the keys, everything went smoothly. Pool is very nice and courtyard is quiet. Apartment is spacious and clean, comfortable.

This apartment is marvellous! Good location - the beach is just across the street, central point of Bavaro is 8 minutes walking and there are pubs and restaurants. The apartment is just as advertised: fully-equipped, very clean, spacious. Big and equipped kitchen allows you to make all types of meals. Each room (including kitchen) has air conditioning. WiFi works good, you will catch it even you sit by the pool. I loved the pool. There is 24h security in the complex which makes you feel safe - by the way guys are polite and very helpful. The owner of the apartment is very cool:) I can strongly recommend this place:)
